What to write about
- A calculation looks wrong: please include the exact numbers you entered and what you expected — every report is tested.
- Extractor problems: tell us the exact URL you tried and the message the tool showed — that is what we need to reproduce it.
- Calculator requests: tell us the grade question you are trying to answer and, if relevant, your country or school system.
- Privacy questions: contact us at the same address; see the Privacy Policy first, as it answers most questions.
- Everything else: feedback on guides, accessibility problems, or broken pages.
We do not offer individual academic advice, tutoring, or grade appeals support — your school or university is the right place for those.
