Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026. This policy describes what Calculatorexe (“we”, “the site”) does with information when you visit. It is written for this site’s actual technology, and is updated whenever that technology changes.

1. Calculator data

All calculators run entirely in your browser (client-side JavaScript). The grades, marks and scores you enter are never transmitted to us, stored, or shared. Closing the page discards them. There are no user accounts on this site.

2. Shopify Product Extractor data

Our Shopify Product Extractor works differently from the calculators, because it has to fetch pages from other websites. When you submit a product, collection or store URL, our server fetches that public URL on demand — at the moment you ask — purely to build your CSV in your browser. The URLs you submit and the product data returned are not stored, not sold, and not added to any database. There is no account and no extraction history. The resulting CSV is generated in your browser and downloaded by you; we never receive a copy of it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (see section 3), which can include the fact that an extraction request was made.

3. What we collect

We do not operate contact forms that store submissions on this site (contact is by email, handled by your email provider and ours). Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, as virtually all hosts do.

4. Cookies and your choices

The site itself sets one functional preference: your cookie-consent choice, stored in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask on every visit. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are loaded only after you accept them in the consent banner. You can decline and use every calculator without them. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

5. Google advertising (AdSense)

This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices. If advertising is not yet active on this site, no advertising cookies are set.

6. Analytics

If enabled and you have consented, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (for example, which calculators are popular and which countries visitors come from). IP anonymisation is enabled. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

7. Children

This site provides general educational tools and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your rights & contact

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to processing. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests can be answered immediately. Contact: contact@calculatorexe.com.

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
