1. The service

Calculatorexe provides free online calculators and explanatory guides for educational planning, plus a free Shopify Product Extractor tool for preparing Shopify-import CSV files. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Estimates, not official results

Calculator results are estimates produced from the formulas published on each page and the figures you enter. They are not official grades, transcripts, admissions decisions or professional advice. Your educational institution’s rules and records always prevail.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misrepresent results as official documents, or use the tools to falsify academic records.

For the Shopify Product Extractor: only extract products that you own or have the right to sell and describe. Product titles, descriptions, images and branding belong to their source stores; respect those stores’ own terms of use and any applicable intellectual-property rights. You are responsible for what you import into your store. Do not use the extractor to submit URLs you have no legitimate reason to fetch, or to attempt to access non-public, login-gated or paywalled content.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s text, guides and design are protected by copyright. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution. Calculator formulas themselves are standard mathematics and are described for anyone to use.

5. Availability and liability

The site is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on an estimate that differs from an institution’s official calculation.
